Here are the list of greatest Pokemon to the weakest Pokemon that I have collected from many sources, and of course including my personal view.
(Source: superddy.deviantart.com) Pikachu. Don't know why this is being the first from back. Probably the luck and its intelligent are the reasons. I'm sure it is!

(Source: youtube.com) Snorlax. The hugest and heaviest Pokemon. The power is high, the stats too. Its strikes are very hard. Decently to be place in this list.
(Source: youtube.com) Gyarados. An evolved form from weak Pokemon Magikarp. It is believed to be one of the most strongest Pokemon of all. Without it, maybe Magikarp is nothing with nobody wants it.

Blastoise. A tortoise Pokemon that can produce water to attack the opponent. Hydro pump and Rapid Spin is pretty good!
(Source: fuzzball288.deviantart.com) Charizard. The reason why Charizard is the #24 best, apart of its bad temper, is its awesomeness in every battle, especially Ash's Charizard. It can also do multiple moves that are helping each other. Flamethrower and flying ability make it a strong Pokemon.

Suicune. One of the legendary beasts Pokemon alongside Entei and Raikou. It is a Water-type Pokemon that is able to change contaminated water into clean and fresh water.

Regigigas. A manifestation from the presence of Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. Considered to be legendary Pokemon, it can create golems and control them alive. Its moves are pretty destructing and dangerous. Better watch out!
(Source: purapuss.deviantart.com) Groudon. A legendary Ground-type Pokemon. It is able to create drought to world, magma, evaporate water. That's why it is considered to be one of the most powerful Pokemon. They can meet this Pokemon sleeping inside volcano sometimes if they are lucky.

(Source: youtube.com) Kyogre. Unlike Groudon, Kyogre is a legendary water Pokemon. But, a member of weather trio, alongside Groudon and Rayquaza. When it meets its rival, Groudon, it will battle fiercefully. Power possessed by this Pokemon is related to water, as it controls all water. It can bring either flood or drought.
(Source: jfdp13.deviantart.com) Slaking is probably the best Pokemon that is not a legendary Pokemon. The reason could be its stats surpass all of non-legendary Pokemon, even some of Legendary Pokemon. Unfortunately, it is a truant Pokemon.

Palkia is the game mascot in Pokemon Pearl. It is the member of Sinnoh's creation trio. It has the power to change space, since it is the Pokemon that represents space in the creation trio. It is pretty mysterious and difficult to be identified while it lives in a different dimension.

Dialga. The lord of time, plus the mascot of Pokemon Diamond. An Adamant Orb given to it can make disaster to whole country caused by Dialga. Its Roar of Time is very great. Beside, it can control time!

Giratina. The mascot of Pokemon Platinum. A legendary Pokemon along with Dialga and Palkia, they are the members of creation trio of Sinnoh. Giratina is considered to be a demon legendary Pokemon.
(Source: muums.deviantart.com) Kyurem. Having the ability to fuse with other two legendary Pokemon, called Zekrom and Reshiram, it can transform into Ice and Dragon-type Pokemon. Also, it can change the element either into Electric or Fire.-

However, Mew was the only Pokemon which succeeded to wound Mewtwo with its shadow ball as previewed in Pokemon The Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back. One more, it is a very intelligent Pokemon. 
(Source: icelion87.deviantart.com) Rayquaza. It is the best Pokemon in Pokemon Emerald. With the power it possesses, it can knock down Groudon and Kyogre alone with its Hyper Beam. Now, with Mega Evolution, it becomes stronger than any other Pokemon mentioned above.

Mewtwo is very popular legendary Pokemon among all legendaries though created by a scientist using Mew's DNA, making it to have powerful strength. Having shadow ball whereas Mew, it is very tough also that it can easily deflect other Pokemon's attack. It is predicted to be tougher than the original Mew. Additionally, it also has Mega Evolution, which is very mighty.
(Source: yaqubjsk.deviantart.com) Last but not least is Arceus. It is the god of all Pokemon. They said that Arceus is the Pokemon who created Sinnoh and Ransei, regions in Pokemon world, and it could be true that it was the one who also created the Pokemon universe.
